Authors will sign their books at Art-is-in Market

Paul H. Adams' book, Watercolor Memories takes you through his life as a painter from childhood to professional advertising illustrator to watercolor artist in retirement. The book is wonderfully illustrated with his early childhood work, examples of his meticulous commercial work, and concludes with a retrospect of both railroading and the city of Detroit from the 1940s into the 1970s. It's a delightful cruise down memory lane.
Charles Avison's Detroit: City of Champions documents 1935, the most remarkable year in Detroit sports history when the Detroit Tigers, Lions, and Red Wings all won their very first championships that season.
Linda K. McLean provides and in-depth look at Tyree Guyton's decades-long art project in her photographic and poetic The Heidelberg Project, A Street of Dreams .
These three authors will be at both the Laurel Park Place and Twelve Oaks stores to sign their books and meet you.
